About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, scope, resources, risks and quality
Maintain open and transparent communication between Remsoft teams and client stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
Develop, document and maintain project plans, policies and procedures that support consistent execution
Coordinate and direct the project’s day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans and schedules
Analyze and evaluate change requests to scope, schedule or budget, assessing impacts before presenting to the client
Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risks and mitigation plans
Conduct status meetings and project review sessions to address issues, assess progress and support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional Remsoft teams and client partners to deliver high-quality products and outcomes
Lead project risk management and quality initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years of experience managing client-facing projects, preferably in software or technology environments
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or Wrike)
Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools (Microsoft 365)
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
