About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead engaging training sessions that build teacher confidence
Follow up with 1-on-1 coaching to help teachers troubleshoot lessons and reach their own classroom goals
Identify where teachers are struggling and create supplemental guides, tools, and classroom resources needed to fill those gaps
Act as the 'voice of the teacher' in internal meetings, providing clear, honest feedback to product teams
Collaborate within Professional Learning team and other internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in education, mathematics, or a related field
4+ years of experience teaching elementary math (K-5)
Strong 'math-positive' communication skills—the ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and enthusiastically to both students and adults.
