About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist new clients with their first deposit and guide them through the platform.
Nurture client relationships through multi-channel communication.
Implement effective strategies to increase client conversion rates.
Assist clients with payment methods, queries, and requests.
Create a strong first impression for retail clients.
Upsell relevant products based on client behavior and preferences.
Provide educational support to improve clients’ Forex trading skills.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and internal standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent Portuguese and proficient English (required).
Minimum 6 months’ experience in Sales and/or Client Support roles.
Strong understanding of FX and CFD products.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
Strong team player with a sense of individual responsibility.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Effective collaborator across departments.
