About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily trading platform operations (MT4/MT5 servers, LP platforms, bridges, risk and reporting systems systems)
- Monitor trade flows, margins, execution quality, spreads, swaps, slippage; escalate abnormalities
- Execute hedging orders in line with internal rules and practices
- Detect abusive client behavior, investigate suspicious client actions, provide research and classification on abusive practices
- Operate PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, and MahiMarkets (Mahi) environments
- Coordinate with Liquidity Providers for conditions, order routing, and technical issue resolution
- Support hedging workflows and exposure monitoring
- Support new product launches, platform upgrades, and integrations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trading ops staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience (5+ years) in Trading or Trading Operations
- Strong knowledge of CFD products (FX, commodities, indices, equities, crypto)
- Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms and aggregation systems: PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, MahiMarkets etc
- Understanding of order routing, risk models (A-book/B-book), execution methods, and client trade lifecycle
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under time pressure
- Good communication skills to interact with Liquidity Providers, Clients, and other desks
