About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate all visa submissions, renewals, and cancellations within the Free Zone
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements and managing candidate follow-up
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for all employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Serve as a reliable first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role
  • Prior experience working within a Free Zone environment in the UAE is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (such as BambooHR, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations
  • Experience in visa processing and government relations within the UAE
  • Prior exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational, or financial services environment is an advantage
