About the role
- New Business Acquisition: Drive regional growth by identifying and onboarding new whitelabel and liquidity clients to meet revenue targets.
- Sales & Performance: Act as a top-performing sales professional, consistently achieving growth objectives and representing the company at industry events and partner meetings.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, strategic partners and clients, providing ongoing support, training, and engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on performance, opportunities, and partner feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or relationship management within financial services or brokerage.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage Institutional clients, with a strong understanding of whitelabel technology in FX and CFDs.
- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; additional fluency in South Asian or South East Asian languages is highly preferred.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
