About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support our participants via WhatsApp and email, primarily on weekends and as additional help during weekdays.
  • Categorize common questions related to GLP-1 agonists: everyday effects, dosing questions, common side effects, and practical behavioral tips.
  • Recognize warning signs (red flags) and escalate appropriately or recommend medical evaluation, without making diagnoses.
  • Assist with check-ins, documentation, and maintenance of treatment plans using clear templates.
  • Operational basics: shipment status, address changes, special cases, coordination, and clear communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Fixed weekend availability: you can reliably work on Saturdays and Sundays at set times (by arrangement)
  • Willingness to occasionally be on-call during weekdays (no fixed hours; ad-hoc cover as needed)
  • Structured working style: documenting and prioritizing tasks
  • Experience in support/customer contact (chat, email, in person, or phone)
  • Responsibility when dealing with health-related topics
  • Enrolled as a student (working-student status) or alternatively seeking a part-time position
  • Training/education: Medical Assistant (MFA), Pharmacy Technician / Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant (PTA/PKA), Nursing, Emergency Services, Healthcare Administration, or degrees in Nutrition Science / Dietetics (Ernährungswissenschaft/Oecotrophologie), Public Health, Psychology, Sports Science, Health Management
  • Experience with GLP-1 agonists, telemedicine, or digital patient care
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticket tools, Superchat, Intercom, and process-driven work
