Develop and enhance our internal dashboard (backend + frontend)
Build and maintain automations that make our processes more efficient
Work on external frontends — including our Expo mobile app and our Next.js website
Perform code reviews and actively contribute to shaping our codebase in the monorepo
Long-term: grow into a Tech Lead role

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js and React
Solid SQL skills (we use PostgreSQL with Prisma)
Fluent German
Willingness to actively use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code in your daily work
Nice-to-haves: experience with Prisma or other ORMs, familiarity with tRPC, experience with Expo / React Native, Kubernetes knowledge, experience with AI SDKs (e.g. Vercel AI SDK) or integrating AI models into projects
