About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and market expansion within assigned accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities for INFICON’s product portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing specific needs
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on the application of INFICON products
  • Manage comprehensive account activities
  • Provide valuable feedback to Business Units regarding product introduction strategies and market trends
  • Collaborate with the Segment Manager and Strategic Account Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of account management, technical sales, business development, or strategic customer-facing experience
  • Extensive technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Strong understanding of vacuum physics and related applications
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, account management, and business development within the semiconductor industry
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex technical solutions to a variety of audiences
  • Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
