About the role
- Drive the evolution and governance of a technology ecosystem supporting multiple business verticals.
- Ensure integration and seamless operation of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Define standards and architectural blueprints for CRM platform customizations.
- Contribute to the customer-centricity strategy.
- Ensure efficient use of the platforms' native capabilities.
- Design integration architectures between front-end and back-end using APIs.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical mentoring.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Proficiency in event-driven integration architectures and service buses (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Service Bus).
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise data ecosystems.
- Preferred: Salesforce Architect or Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience working in environments with shared IT governance and agile methodologies.
