Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SMTP, etc.
Expertise in static and dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, STP and QoS.
Ability to define granular access control policies based on source/destination, ports, protocols and applications.
Skilled in creating flow matrices.
Experience using tools such as Splunk, Syslog, SNMP or NetFlow.
Supports investigations by analyzing firewall logs and traffic patterns.
Familiarity with platforms such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, etc.
Familiarity with Ansible, Python or REST APIs.
