About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide advanced functional support for the SAP MM module.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and issues related to procurement, requisitions, materials management, and inventory processes.
Handle and track support tickets, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
Perform configurations (customizations) and parameter settings in the MM module when necessary.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other SAP module teams.
Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in process improvements, optimization projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
Support key users and provide functional guidance on processes and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in support and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA environments.
Advanced knowledge of the following processes:
Procurement
Materials Management
Inventory Management
Goods Receipt
Physical inventory
Preferred: Advanced English.
