About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced functional support for the SAP MM module.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and issues related to procurement, requisitions, materials management, and inventory processes.
  • Handle and track support tickets, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
  • Perform configurations (customizations) and parameter settings in the MM module when necessary.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other SAP module teams.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in process improvements, optimization projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support key users and provide functional guidance on processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in support and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA environments.

  • Physical inventory
  • Preferred: Advanced English.
