About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Atuar na frente de SAP IS-U Device Management em projeto SAP S/4HANA Utilities
  • Apoiar processos de gestão de dispositivos, medidores e equipamentos de medição
  • Atuar com processos de instalação, substituição, remoção, manutenção e leitura de dispositivos
  • Realizar análises funcionais, parametrizações, testes e validações
  • Apoiar integrações com Billing, Customer Service, Work Management, AMI e sistemas externos
  • Participar de testes integrados, homologação, cutover e go-live
  • Interagir com equipes funcionais, técnicas e áreas de negócio.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experiência com SAP IS-U Device Management / IS-U DM
  • Conhecimento em gestão de dispositivos, leitura, instalação, substituição e manutenção
  • Vivência em processos de utilities, preferencialmente no setor elétrico
  • Experiência em projetos SAP IS-U
  • Conhecimento em integrações com Billing, Customer Service e Work Management
  • Boa capacidade de análise, comunicação e resolução de problemas.
