Conduct workshops with the client to gather requirements and use cases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in the functional design of commercial electricity processes (contracting, switching, billing, customer service).
Proven ability in AS-IS -> TO-BE process mapping for utilities.
Deep knowledge of the E&U product catalog (regulated tariffs, free-market tariffs, Social Tariff).
Experience with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) processes and consent management (opt-in/opt-out by channel).
Strong command of Salesforce Industries CPQ and CLM (Document Generation 2.0, Clause Library, State Model).
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
Knowledge of Business Rules Engine (BRE) for regulatory rules and Salesforce Industries Console (Utility 360).
Portuguese (Brazilian): Native.
English or Spanish: a plus.
