About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as an SAP LO functional analyst (MM/SD), focused on supporting Operations areas (Logistics, Engineering, Infrastructure).
Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP solutions used by operational teams.
Analyze and address incidents, identify root causes, and assess functional impacts.
Gather requirements, assist in defining solutions, produce functional specifications, validate developments, and support testing activities.
Serve as an interface with consulting firms and vendors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in SAP MM (Inventory Management), SD (Sales and Distribution) and WM (Warehouse Management).
Desirable knowledge of PM (Plant Maintenance) and CS (Customer Service).
Experience in environments with a high volume of customizations (Z programs) and integrations across multiple SAP modules.
Strong analytical skills for incident analysis and assessment of functional impacts, with an integrated process view.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional specification, and test coordination.
Ability to work on continuous improvement initiatives and support/maintenance of complex systems.
