About the role
- Manage and coordinate the team and tasks.
- Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each work order in line with the agreed terms of reference.
- Manage capacity, risk and progress.
- Guide the team, review and provide their deliverables, follow up quality activities.
- Lead studies, audits on specific technical matters regarding information systems and IT processes.
- Consolidate and promote tools, processes and metrics to be used in all projects.
- Lead quality teams ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly develop their skills and experience.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders: users, project board members, business analysts, project managers, UAT sessions, etc.
- Produce regular or ad hoc reports on efficiency, KPIs and any other aspect of the service provided.
- Produce MTA reports for projects or adaptive changes.
- Carry out consultancy studies on specific quality matters.
- Define and implement quality processes and procedures and metrics.
- Analyse processes, techniques and recommend improvements.
- Carry out quality audits and quality assessments of IT processes.
- Provide cost/benefit analysis.
- Carry out data analysis, modelling and definition of the complete technical landscape for testing including policies, practices and guidelines.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders: users, project managers, business analysts, Development team, Operation & Infrastructure team, etc.
- Carry out continuous improvement activities for enhancing quality services.
- Define organizational approach for reliable, ethical, and effective AI systems.
- Manage risks and standardize quality processes across AI initiatives.
- Sustain AI performance and ensure continuous quality enhancement.
- Ensure AI systems meet regulatory, ethical, and internal standards.
Requirements
- University degree duly recognised as equivalent as per the Bologna process
- Technical knowledge in the area covered by this CfT.
- Coordination and managerial skills (technical and administrative) for the activities of the team(s).
- Coaching on quality activities.
- Capable of integrating into an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory.
- Capacity for monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of the service, as well as adherence to standards, procedures, deadlines and other recommendations of the organisation (ISO standards, guidelines and references of the EUIPO, etc.).
- High level of English (Independent user — level B2)
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the technologies and techniques related to the specific project or activity, from which minimum of 5 years’ experience of leading teams in an environment similar in size and activity to the service and team to be managed and minimum of 1 year experience in agile frameworks.
