About the role

  • Support our operations team
  • Ensure the upskilling and professional development of team members
  • Monitor system performance and configure new software and hardware
  • Configure internal systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Propose improvements to optimize fault and incident management
  • Upgrade the network infrastructure
  • Install servers, devices and firewalls
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to new administrators
  • Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
  • Ensure smooth deployment of new applications
  • Update technical documentation
  • Position is within the operations (RUN) team with direct links to the architecture/design (BUILD) teams.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Senior System Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems
  • Good knowledge of at least one scripting language (PowerShell, others…)
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN networking
  • Knowledge of system security techniques
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coach and train others to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5)
