- Integration into Inetum's SAP Business Line team
- Valuing people and a strong customer focus
- Working on implementations of Energy Data Management projects (ISU-EDM)
- Active participation in requirements-gathering and testing meetings
Requirements
- Experience implementing and supporting Device Management (ISU-DM)
- Implementation and support of processes related to device management (meters, sensors, etc.)
- Ability to configure and parameterize devices within the system
- Understanding of device life cycles: installation, replacement, removal, inspection
- Strong knowledge of utility business processes
- Familiarity with processes of electricity distribution companies
- Integration experience with other modules such as Billing (ISU-BI), Customer Service (ISU-CS), and Work Management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Supporting end users and identifying failures in processes or integrations
- Knowledge of complementary tools
- Experience with ABAP (desirable)
