About the role
- Own the project roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering timelines, budgets, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Lead end-to-end delivery: Oversee execution from detailed solution design through implementation and post-go-live support, ensuring operational readiness.
- Drive stakeholder engagement: Align IT and Business stakeholders, manage escalations effectively, and maintain governance compliance.
- Ensure transparency and accountability: Facilitate regular progress meetings, provide clear updates, monitor performance, and maintain accurate documentation in line with Solvay Program Management standards.
- Champion collaboration and innovation: Foster a culture of proactive communication and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Higher degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years in IT Project Management, preferably in global or complex environments.
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
