About the role
- Define and operationalize strategy using established frameworks
- Define Target Operating Models (TOM) for key functions of insurance industry players
- Support clients (360° customer view) in solution design and successful project delivery
- Implement technological levers such as RPA and AI
- Support clients in integrating ESG criteria and emerging risks
- Deploy innovative solutions to accelerate the decarbonization of operations
- Transform information systems and deploy operational excellence levers
- Assist insurers in strengthening their internal control frameworks.
Requirements
- Degree from a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or leading university (in France or abroad)
- Strong interest in financial services in general and insurance in particular
- Proven experience in consulting and/or with financial institutions
- Comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
