- Lead the launch and growth of Inertia’s Philadelphia market
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives
- Drive new business development and oversee key client relationships

- Partner with executive leadership on expansion strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the energy industry
- Proven success as an energy broker
- Prior sales or people leadership experience
- Track record of growing revenue and developing talent
