About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 24/7 analytical service to all Runcorn Site businesses
- Analyse and retrieve samples to meet an agreed analytical schedule
- Validate and report analytical results
- Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments
- Provide gas testing in support of safe entry requirements
- Support wider team activities by providing flexible resource
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree level in chemistry / analytical chemistry / relevant science
- 3-5 years analytical chemistry laboratory experience
- Experienced in use of chromatography and titrimetric techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
