About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, maintain and evolve conversational flows on the Blip platform
Configure integrations with WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta services
Implement and maintain integrations using REST APIs and webhooks
Develop adjustments and improvements to backend services using Python
Monitor bots’ operation and investigate failures in staging and production environments
Support the creation, submission and maintenance of WhatsApp message templates
Document conversational flows, integrations and business rules
Participate in refinements, estimations, technical reviews and architecture discussions
Collaborate with Product, Support, QA and other developers
Contribute to testing and validation of conversational journeys
Support monitoring of integrations and operational channel metrics
Follow development best practices, information security, code quality and data protection

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated professional experience with Blip
Demonstrated professional experience with WhatsApp Business Platform
Hands-on experience with Blip Builder and building conversational flows
Knowledge of message templates, webhooks and WhatsApp service window
Experience integrating with and consuming REST APIs
Backend development experience using Python
Knowledge of relational databases
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Knowledge of JSON, HTTP, authentication and error handling
Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments
Basic knowledge of software testing
Strong written and verbal communication for technical documentation and cross-team interaction
Organized, able to prioritize, and autonomous in handling medium-complexity tasks
