About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on integrating processes related to the modules of Sistema Função;
Develop and maintain Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, and test data sets in SQL Server;
Support validation/UAT and investigations into operational inconsistencies;
Analyze consigned credit (payroll-deductible loan) flows, BackOffice, CTC, and access control;
Develop integrations via APIs and provide maintenance/support for legacy systems;
Monitor processing pipelines and propose improvements to automate processes;
Translate business needs into efficient technical solutions;
Act as a functional reference for Sistema Função, supporting the technical team and contributing to the evolution of architecture and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Sistema Função, especially in the modules: Proposals; BackOffice; CTC; Access Control.
Experience with consigned credit (payroll-deductible loan) operations;
Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or banking correspondents;
Proficient in SQL Server, including advanced queries, Stored Procedures, Views, and Triggers;
Experience with API integrations, log analysis, and troubleshooting;
Knowledge of legacy system integration.
