Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with business areas.
Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation for projects.
Manage and monitor the scope of initiatives.
Participate in alignment meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.
Support the definition of business rules and functional flows.
Ensure traceability of requirements and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with development, testing and maintenance teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Functional Analyst
Experience in requirements elicitation and functional specification
Experience in project scope management and control
Mandatory experience with Foreign Exchange (FX) solutions, products or projects
Previous experience in financial institutions or regulated environments
Good communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business areas
Analytical profile, organized and with a systemic view
Differentials: Knowledge of agile methodologies
Experience in digital transformation projects and system integration
