About the role

  • Maintenance of production systems and participation in an exciting modernization journey in the area of web-based software development and its operations
  • Responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of our office server and operational infrastructure
  • Administration of Windows and Linux servers
  • Design of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions
  • Development of proposals for infrastructure adjustments and their implementation
  • Support for Product Owners and Business Consultants in the further development of the products

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or IT System Administrator
  • Solid knowledge of Linux, virtualization (Proxmox), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
  • Experience in the administration and operation of Windows Server solutions (e.g., AD, IIS, SQL Server)
  • Strong hands-on mentality, process awareness and a solution-oriented, structured working style
  • Desire to work independently and take responsibility in a small team with a lot of creative freedom
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills
