About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Building, operating and further developing CI/CD pipelines
Automating infrastructure with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation
Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm; OpenShift optional)
Monitoring & observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or CloudWatch
Collaborating with developers and architects to design secure, scalable cloud systems
Advising on DevOps strategies and establishing best practices within agile teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in DevOps — preferably within one of the major cloud ecosystems (Azure or AWS)
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, and monitoring
Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus
Passion for automation, reliability, and technical excellence
German language skills at least C1, English B2
Willingness to travel on a project basis
