About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical responsibility for architecture decisions in complex AWS cloud environments
Design and further development of scalable enterprise cloud architectures
Technical and domain leadership of architects and engineering teams in projects
Definition of architecture standards, best practices, and governance models
Advising clients at senior management and C-level on cloud strategies and transformation programs
Design and implementation of modern cloud platforms, landing zones, and architecture frameworks
Supporting the build-out and continuous development of cloud capabilities within the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in architecting and implementing complex AWS cloud solutions
Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture principles, platform architectures, and distributed systems
Experience in leading architects or technical teams
Experience in enterprise cloud transformations and cloud migrations
Strong knowledge in areas such as microservices, container technologies, infrastructure automation, and cloud governance
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and to represent architecture decisions at management level
Business-fluent German and English
