About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will take on the central DevOps role within the company.
Focus: building and operating a Kubernetes-based platform
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Design and further development of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab / Bitbucket)
Integration of automated testing
Development of clear deployment strategies (including GitOps)
Monitoring, logging and alerting structures
Security in a SaaS environment
Work hands-on operationally and contribute strategically.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of DevOps experience (approx. 3+ years)
Excellent Kubernetes and container knowledge
Experience with Terraform or comparable IaC tools
Strong CI/CD experience
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of security in a SaaS context
Knowledge of Linux and Windows
German (C1)
