About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will take on the central DevOps role within the company.
  • Focus: building and operating a Kubernetes-based platform
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Design and further development of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab / Bitbucket)
  • Integration of automated testing
  • Development of clear deployment strategies (including GitOps)
  • Monitoring, logging and alerting structures
  • Security in a SaaS environment
  • Work hands-on operationally and contribute strategically.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of DevOps experience (approx. 3+ years)
  • Excellent Kubernetes and container knowledge
  • Experience with Terraform or comparable IaC tools
  • Strong CI/CD experience
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Understanding of security in a SaaS context
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows
  • German (C1)
