About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take on the central DevOps role within the company.
- Your focus: building and operating a Kubernetes-based platform
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines (GitLab / Bitbucket)
- Integrating automated tests
- Developing clear deployment strategies (including GitOps)
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Security in a SaaS environment
- You work closely with Development and IT — hands-on operationally and contributing strategically.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of DevOps experience (approx. 3+ years)
- Excellent Kubernetes and container knowledge
- Experience with Terraform or comparable IaC
- Solid CI/CD experience
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of security in a SaaS context
- Linux and Windows knowledge
- German language proficiency: C1
