About the role
- Architecture, design and further development of enterprise-wide ITSM landscapes
- Design of standardized ITSM processes and service models (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, CMDB, Service Portfolio)
- Translating clients' business and organizational requirements into scalable ITSM architectures
- Cross-tool architectural work with common enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, Micro Focus)
- Advising clients at the architecture, operations and management levels
- Responsibility for architectural decisions in transformation and migration projects
- Collaboration with technical teams, service owners and client leadership
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the IT service management domain
- Several years' practice as an ITSM Architect, Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant
- Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ITIL 4) and their pragmatic implementation
- Experience with enterprise-level ITSM tools, ideally across multiple platforms
- Ability to convey complex technical and process-related matters in a structured and audience-appropriate way
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including at senior management level
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel as required by projects
