About the role

  • Consulting, guidance and implementation of projects related to Microsoft 365 and client/mobile device management
  • Operation and further development of Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on infrastructure and user experience
  • Administration and expansion of client and mobile device management platforms (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Manager)
  • Technical support for migrations as well as transition and transformation projects
  • Optimization of digital workplace solutions together with customers and internal teams
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or client & mobile device management solutions
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and roadmap
  • Experience with infrastructure topics and user support
  • Project experience in transition, migration, or transformation initiatives
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL (service management)
  • Fluent German (at least B2) and good English (at least B2)
  • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented work style, and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel for projects
