About the role
- You advise clients on the implementation and further development of SAP modules within the SAP logistics area CS (Customer Service) and/or S/4HANA Service
- Clients rely on your industry experience and process knowledge to design their logistics business processes
- You implement jointly developed requirements in the SAP system
- You proactively present new solutions and assess customer requests for feasibility
- You work closely and collaboratively with clients' business units, supporting and training key users
Requirements
- Experience in (external) SAP logistics consulting
- Experience with the SAP logistics module CS (Customer Service) and/or S/4HANA Service, including Customizing
- Ideally industry experience and process knowledge in manufacturing companies (mechanical/plant engineering, automotive, or consumer goods), but not mandatory
- Preferably experience with new service topics such as SAP Field Service Management
- Independent and team-oriented working style with high initiative and resilience
- Very good German and good English skills
- Limited travel required
