About the role

  • You will develop tailored IAM solutions for our clients — from analysis and concept through technical implementation.
  • You will create security and access concepts, perform risk analyses, and advise on building robust IAM structures.
  • You will work closely with project managers, architects and IT teams and actively contribute to the further development of our IAM strategy.
  • You will lead workshops, train end users and administrators, and act as the primary contact for all IAM-related questions.
  • You will bring forward ideas, think beyond the obvious and actively help shape our security solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in consulting and implementing IAM projects (e.g., with SailPoint, ForgeRock, One Identity, Keycloak, Azure AD, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of IAM architectures, authorization and authentication mechanisms.
  • Experience in project management; knowledge of agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to work independently.
  • Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken (at least C1).
