About the role

  • Manage and grow Indivd’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms)
  • Create engaging content including posts, visuals, short videos, and campaigns
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars
  • Collaborate with leadership and product teams to translate technical topics into clear messaging
  • Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
  • Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new ideas

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content management or social media roles
  • Strong experience managing LinkedIn and B2B social media content
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Experience working with tech, SaaS, AI, or startup environments
  • Ability to simplify technical topics into engaging content
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
  • Nice to Have: Experience in AI, computer vision, or analytics products
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience with video content creation
  • Startup or scale-up experience
