About the role
- Manage and grow Indivd’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms)
- Create engaging content including posts, visuals, short videos, and campaigns
- Develop and execute social media content calendars
- Collaborate with leadership and product teams to translate technical topics into clear messaging
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics
- Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new ideas
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content management or social media roles
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn and B2B social media content
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience working with tech, SaaS, AI, or startup environments
- Ability to simplify technical topics into engaging content
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Nice to Have: Experience in AI, computer vision, or analytics products
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with video content creation
- Startup or scale-up experience
