About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track sales performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements
- Support sales forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting using historical and market data
- Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting solutions
- Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights
- Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and operational efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Grocery, Retail, E-commerce, or Q-commerce industries (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus (preferred)
