About the role
- Ensure US GAAP treatment where appropriate.
- Manage monthly financial statements ensuring timely completion and presentation to client.
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Support higher-level accounting needs, consolidations, and intercompany eliminating entries.
- Oversee allocation and tracking of depreciation, prepaid expenses, etc.
- Work with client management to develop internal control guidelines.
- Contribute to client financial decisions by establishing policies.
- Manage internal teams and enhance client experience.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of US GAAP including recent pronouncements and proposed updates.
- Thorough working knowledge of varied accounting software, supporting tech stack (including third party payers) and Excel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA Preferred.
