About the role

  • Lead end-to-end projects, ensuring methodological alignment with the PMO
  • Lead internal projects focused on reviewing, optimizing and implementing corporate processes
  • Define project schedules, scope, KPIs, risks and action plans
  • Monitor performance, prepare executive reports and present status updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate strategic meetings, workshops and cross-functional alignments
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose scalable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with governance guidelines and methodological standards

Requirements

  • Solid experience in project management (traditional and/or hybrid models)
  • Experience working within PMO structures
  • Knowledge of scope, risk, schedule, budget and performance indicator management
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, advanced Excel or similar tools
  • Knowledge of traditional (waterfall) and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
  • Clear and structured communication
  • Organized and autonomous
  • Negotiation skills and stakeholder management
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong collaboration and team-working skills
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or similar (preferred)
  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Process Management or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience in medium/large companies or high-growth/expanding environments (plus)
