About the role
- Investigate root causes of issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Evaluate, plan and monitor changes in the IT environment, ensuring minimal impact and maximum traceability.
- Create and keep up-to-date documentation of processes, operational procedures, change plans and reports.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for different user profiles.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards and compliance requirements.
- Support the definition and review of IT governance policies, processes and guidelines.
- Develop dashboards and management reports, analyzing metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Practical knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL v4 and COBIT.
- Experience with ITSM tools.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, advanced Word/Excel).
- Basic knowledge of risk management and business continuity.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
