About the role

  • Investigate root causes of issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Evaluate, plan and monitor changes in the IT environment, ensuring minimal impact and maximum traceability.
  • Create and keep up-to-date documentation of processes, operational procedures, change plans and reports.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for different user profiles.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards and compliance requirements.
  • Support the definition and review of IT governance policies, processes and guidelines.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports, analyzing metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Practical knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL v4 and COBIT.
  • Experience with ITSM tools.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, advanced Word/Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of risk management and business continuity.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
