Requirements

What you’ll need

At least two years' experience helping customers.
Natural communicator.
Comfortable communicating on multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, Facebook etc.
Creative problem solver.
Curious and driven, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Flexible and enjoys learning new things.
