About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of scalable, secure, modern CIAM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to align their business objectives with identity strategies, acting as a trusted advisor on complex CIAM ecosystems.
- Tackle and resolve complex, modern identity and access management challenges, ensuring robust security against emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Dive into implementation details, ensuring best practices are followed during integration, configuration, and system rollout.
- Actively leverage AI tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery, optimize identity flows, and explore next-generation CIAM capabilities.
- Work within agile, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and mentoring colleagues to improve their skills.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of dedicated experience in IAM/CIAM, with a proven track record in designing and/or implementing enterprise-grade customer identity solutions.
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of core identity protocols and standards, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, MFA, WebAuthn, biometrics, and relay authentication.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with major identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Technical resourcefulness to integrate CIAM solutions across diverse tech stacks and a natural curiosity to use AI tools to improve engineering and architecture processes.
- A university degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. Active vendor certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, PingIdentity Certified) or industry certifications (e.g., IDPro CIAM, CISSP) are highly recommended.
- Exceptional communication skills. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset for serving our diverse client base.
