About the role
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process as per the Standard Operating Processes
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth onboarding
- Ensure all onboarding processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor onboarding performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in requirements, enhancements for client onboarding onto SEI Trust 3000
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management or trust operations
- 2+ years in a Client Onboarding, Functional Specialist, or Business Analyst role
- Hands-on experience with SEI Trust 3000 (T3K) is strongly required
