About the role
- Provide strategic guidance and support for the Explore and Blossom Pod
- Build team goals, pod budgets and program evaluation processes
- Nurture and build partnerships to achieve goals
- Identify and facilitate research projects
- Improve overall program quality
- Develop and manage pod partnerships and strategies for engagement
- Oversight of Pod members including management and meetings
- Identify trends for program improvements
- Work with Pod Managers and Leadership team on education and programming offerings
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a field such as Education and/or Indigenous-led research or related area preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in a Senior leadership and management role
- Knowledge and skill in use of Google Suite, project management systems, excel and CRM systems
- Proven experience in popular education and/or traditional educational curriculum including research and development
- Experience working with Indigenous-led organizations
- Member of an Indigenous community and fluency in an Indigenous language an asset.
