About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently lead IT projects in the area of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Advise clients and analyze and document technical and functional requirements
- Develop customized solution concepts together with clients and project teams
- Plan, control and coordinate all project phases
- Actively contribute to the technical implementation (customizing, configuration and deployment)
- Support users through training, issue analysis and technical support
- Optimize digital business processes and workflow solutions
- Work closely with software development, consulting and clients
- Take responsibility for quality, schedules and successful project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable technical qualification
- Professional experience as an IT Project Manager, ECM Consultant, DMS Consultant, IT Consultant, Technical Consultant or IT Project Lead
- Experience with software rollouts or digitalization projects
- Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of hands-on project work
- Experience in client-facing roles and independent project responsibility
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills and good English skills
- Ideally experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management (DMS), Workflow Management or Business Process Management
- Experience in the healthcare sector or other regulated industries
