Key responsibilities & impact- You develop test strategies, processes and standards that set the benchmark

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in test management for complex IT projects (ideally in commerce or retail)
- Deep understanding of testing methods, tools & frameworks (e.g., test automation, system testing, agile practices)
- Passion for living quality as a culture — you are a driver, facilitator and evangelist
- Experience coaching teams and moderating communities
- Analytical thinking
- Structured approach and ability to inspire others
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Very good German and English skills
