About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Dynamics 365 FO Support - Provide technical support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
Diagnose issues escalated by users and collaborate with our D365FO provider to resolve technical problems.
Work closely with key users and external consultants to propose system improvements and optimize processes across different areas such as Logistics, Finance, Customer Service and Production.
Test system changes and updates to ensure quality and stability.
Coordinate the deployment of new releases in testing and production environments.
International ERP Implementations - Support the implementation of Dynamics 365 FO in subsidiaries across different countries.
Review and analyze requirements for new implementations.
Provide support during ERP rollouts, both remotely and on-site when required.
Share best practices and support subsidiaries in adopting standardized processes.
Other Systems & Integrations - Provide technical support and maintenance for systems integrated with D365FO, including: Intranet (PHP, MySQL), HubSpot CRM, Internal Apps, Magento eCommerce platform.
Ensure proper integration and communication between systems to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience working within an IT department or consulting company.
Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Extensive knowledge and experience working with Dynamics 365 FO.
Experience collaborating with business users, external consultants and international teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, organized, diligent and open-minded approach to work.
Technical knowledge valued: Programming languages such as SQL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript and X++.
Experience with ERP integrations and related business applications.
Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
