About the role

Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, covering various AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually
Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet needs and skill levels of diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and executives
Provide guidance and support during hands-on exercises and projects, offering assistance with coding, debugging, and troubleshooting
Stay up-to-date with latest developments in AI/ML technologies, tools, and applications and incorporate best practices into training
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback and continuously improve programs
Contribute to growth of the AI/ML community by participating in events, conferences, and online forums
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and interns

6-8 years of experience in AI/ML training or related field
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
Advanced degrees (Master's, Ph.D.) preferred
Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator focused on AI/ML topics
Industry certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate) a plus
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java
In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and tools (scikit-learn, Keras)
Practical experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with passion for continuous learning
Experience working in a training or consulting role within the AI/ML industry is a plus
