• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, covering various AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually
• Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet needs and skill levels of diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and executives
• Provide guidance and support during hands-on exercises and projects, offering assistance with coding, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Stay up-to-date with latest developments in AI/ML technologies, tools, and applications and incorporate best practices into training
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback and continuously improve programs
• Contribute to growth of the AI/ML community by participating in events, conferences, and online forums
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and interns
