About the role
- Lead AMO (owner’s representative) missions for Sustainable Building, ATMO or design & construction management focused on energy and environmental performance for high value-added projects (Education, University, Office, Sports and Culture)
- Contribute to, carry out and validate technical studies and analyses to optimize the energy and environmental performance of new construction or rehabilitation projects
- Contribute to the definition and follow-up of commissioning processes
- Assess the performance of delivered projects
- Monitor compliance with the financial and technical commitments of your assignments
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and in project design during the competition phase
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in energy / building physics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (in engineering consultancy / building energy or QEB consultancy)
- Strong knowledge of the following areas: building energy, QEB (quality environnementale du bâtiment), thermal regulations and dynamic thermal simulations, low‑carbon design, and occupant health
- Experience with environmental and energy certification/labeling processes appreciated (CEPH / Passivhaus, HQE Bâtiment Durable Certivéa, BDM/BDF/BDO/BDNA/…, BREEAM, LEED, WELL)
- Certified skills in the IPMVP protocol and Commissioning (CMVP & CBCP)
