About the role
- Conduct energy audits of building portfolios
- Manage energy data and develop energy masterplans for the building portfolio
- Ensure compliance with the French "Décret Tertiaire" (Tertiary Decree)
- Define, design, execute and monitor energy performance contracts for building portfolios
- Manage projects involving technical energy expertise and PMV
- Prepare proposals and design projects during the tender/competition phase
Requirements
- Degree in Energy Engineering or Building Physics
- Minimum 4 years' professional experience in an energy consultancy or in operations and maintenance
- Proven expertise in conducting energy audits
- Experience managing operations and building works
- Knowledge of public procurement processes
- Familiarity with operational tools for implementing the energy transition in the built environment
- Ideally: project management experience and a strong client-facing aptitude
