- Define the long-term product vision and prioritize product effort
- Lead ambient product discovery
- Manage the product backlog and ticketing
- Liaise between the creative and engineering teams
- Build and maintain company organizational methodology
- Navigate diverse priorities of stakeholders
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle in a small team environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience defining product direction
- Must be currently working in or deeply knowledgeable about the AI landscape
- Experience navigating and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Sufficient technical depth to earn the respect of elite engineers and AI developers
- A strong organizational methodology for structured, actionable plans
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where process is evolving.
